BalletCNJ Results and Accomplishments at MIBC and YAGP 2019!

BalletCNJ is thrilled to announce the results of BalletCNJ's Participation in the prestigious Miami International Ballet Competition (MIBC), Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Semi-Finals, Dance Prix de New York, and Universal Ballet Competition 2019. Our students showed dedication, hard work, and passion in preparation for these international ballet competitions, where they performed for renown judges alongside competitors from the US and around the world! We are very proud of all of our dancers who participated!


RESULTS:



Miami International Ballet Competition



Livia Childers (13)- Division 2 Bronze Medalist, Scholarship Winner (Ballet West), and awarded free entry into the Star of Cannan Dance International Ballet Competition in Hong Kong.



Reed Henry (14)- Division 2 Gold Medalist, Scholarship Winner (Ballet West), and received an invitation to perform in the International Ballet Festival of Miami.



Micah Levine (12)- Scholarship Winner (Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida)



Lydia Wu (17)- Awarded free entry into the Star of Cannan Dance International Ballet Competition in Hong Kong.

Youth America Grand Prix Semi-Finals



Caesar Castaneda (10)- "3rd Place" Pre-Competitive Classical (Male and Female), "3rd Place" Pre-Competitive Contemporary (Male and Female), and Special Notes from YAGP Director and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy SI.

*Invited to compete in the YAGP Finals 2019 in New York City.



Livia Childers (13)- "2nd Place" Junior Classical, "Top 12" Junior Contemporary, and Special Note from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy SI.

*Invited to compete in the YAGP Finals 2019 in New York City.



Reed Henry (14)- "1st Place" Junior Men's Classical, "3rd Place" Junior Contemporary (Male and Female).

*Invited to compete in the YAGP Finals 2019 in New York City.



Micah Levine (12)- "Top 6" Junior Men's Classical and Special Notes from YAGP Director and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy SI.
